Lamasa Pen Stands

Late night .. what was i up to this time round mu hubby asked ....

and the only thing i could tell him was wait and watch .. YA my creativity was just flowing out .. and this time round it was using lamasa

I had decided to make a nice pen stand for my husbands desk, as he kept on complaining that he could never find pens when he had to go for meetings ..

So i picked one of our old coffee mugs and using my lamasa clay created two pen stands.

Lamasa is a pretty interesting technique, it really allows you to explore your creativity more like clay ..

Wooden Jewelry Box ...

Jewelry and Women

we are made for each other..

So this time i decided why not have a nice lady on a jewelry box,

as beautiful as the jewelry inside it

So i pickup this spacious jewelry box and there i start.

To put my thoughts into reality i first created the lady on a veneer.

And she is a beauty .. :) .. muaaahhh

to add that lady touch to it, there come the flowers .. surrounding it

And to top it all .. A mirror ..

How would a jewelry box look without a mirror, Cant imagine

Useless i would say

atleast for us women, who look 100 times before we step out.

Candy Stick - Baskets ...

This Diwali to Pack my chocolates i decided to put my creations with Candy sticks, to work.

This was one of those days when i felt i was back to school in my craft class where i used to create those chairs and homes out of candy sticks ...

bit by bit

stick by stick,

i pieced them together ...

and the end result was fabulous ...

i really loved this experience ...
